Select where you are printing. Scan if you are already there. Upload the file. Configure sides, colour, copies, pages. Read the price. Pay. Collect or wait for the job to finish.

Every extra field in that flow is a drop-off. Ask for paper size if you have more than one. Do not ask for a home address.

Status after payment is part of the product. “Printing” and “ready” are different sentences. Customers will pull the slot early if you only say success.
